ADFP

Any dancer who wishes to enter freestyle dance competitions must first register with the ADFP which is the governing body for freestyle disco. There is an annual fee of £10.00 which must be paid before you can compete.

There are certain rules to abide by and the ADFP do provide a handbook for you. We have reproduced them for you but please do not panic if you do not understand them, ask your teacher who will gladly help you
